Vietnamese labors, European standards

In the past 5 years, Vietnamese automobile market has grown substantially when more than 250,000 vehicles delivered to customers every year on average. Accordingly, the demand for technical services also increases. In order to orient technical students with market trends and apply international standards, MBV in collaboration with LILAMA2 College and German Industry and Commerce, introduced the Vocational training program. 14 technicians will be carefully qualified by MBV authorized dealers and will receive financial support to attend the training program each year. These students will be equipped with knowledge and skills to provide high-quality services with standards qualified by AHK.

A 2.5-year training course designed on German standards will provide the firm base of the automotive industry in general and Mercedes-Benz products in particular. Besides, apprentice time at MBV's dealers will offer students opportunities to apply their knowledge into practice. Students will receive 4 certificates from AHK, LILAMA2 College and MBV upon completion of the course. In addition, trainees are guaranteed jobs and attractive benefits from MBV's authorized dealers.

Long-term commitment in Vietnam

Long-term commitment in Vietnam

In the last 24 years of operation, Mercedes-Benz has always focused on the sustainable growth in Vietnam. Mercedes-Benz is the first and the only luxury brand to have a factory in Vietnam. The Star invested in the plant, production lines and most advanced technologies to assemble the 4 mainstream products including the C-Class, the E-Class, the S-Class and the GLC. Remarkably, its factory received “Excellent” result in an internal quality research by Daimler, which is a concrete proof for its product quality.

In addition, MBV is also in the process of renovating and upgrading facilities for its nationwide dealer network with the latest global standards and brand CI in order to offer customers the best experience.

The vocational training collaboration with LILAMA2 College and AHK is another practical action of the “Three-pointed star” towards its long-term commitment in Vietnam market. Not only does this enhance the general quality of technical labor, such program also offers potential technicians the opportunities to study and move to universities.
