TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Period of the promotion program: from May 1st, 2026 to end of June 30th, 2026.
• Qualified customer for the program: Customers who are end-users buy Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Vietnam (MBV)'s Dealers and complete the payment procedures during period of the promotion program.
• Detail of the promotion program:
  - During the promotion period, eligible customers who purchase an electric vehicle (from the listed below) shall receive one (01) Gift Voucher, applicable to redeem one (01) Mercedes-Benz Wallbox (part no. A000906341264) and one (01) Mercedes -Benz Flexible charger (part no. A0009066412).

  - The Gift Voucher may be redeemed at MBV’s dealers nationwide. Gift Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or any other form. Detailed conditions for Gift Voucher usage are stipulated below.
  - In case of technical reasons, supply constraints, or changes from the manufacturer, the gift code/part  number(s) of the Mercedes -Benz Wallbox and/or the Mercedes -Benz Flexible Charger may be substituted with equivalent code(s)/part number(s). MBV guarantee s that the value, functionality, and technical specifications of the gift shall not be lower than those of the originally announced gift.
  - This promotion may be applied in conjunction with loyalty customer sales programs and key account programs.
  
  Terms and conditions of the gift voucher:
  - The Gift Voucher is valid for a period of six (06) months from the date stated on the vehicle purchase invoice.
  - The Gift Voucher is valid for single use only and is applicable to customers purchasing an electric vehicle during the Promotion Period. The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or converted into any other form.
  - The original Gift Voucher with valid information must be presented at the dealer upon redemption.
  - By using this Voucher, the customer is deemed to have accepted and be bound by the above terms and conditions.
