TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Period of the promotion program: from May 1st, 2026 to end of June 30th, 2026.
• Qualified customer for the program: Customers who are end-users buy Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Vietnam (MBV)'s authorized Dealers and complete the payment procedures during period of the promotion program.

• Detail of the promotion program:
  - During the promotion period, eligible customers who purchase a Mercedes‑Benz S‑Class vehicle (including S 450 4MATIC and S 450 4MATIC Luxury) shall receive one (01) Gift Voucher, entitling the customer to select one (01) out of four (04) gift sets, which are specially selected and designed by MBV for S‑Class customers.
  
  Available Gift sets:
  + Set 1: First-Class Driving Experience Set.
  + Set 2: The Art of Living Collection
  + Set 3: Travel executive set
  + Set 4: Golf gadget mini set
  
  Details of the products and quantities included in each gift set are specified in the attached document.
  + The Gift Voucher may be redeemed at MBV’s authorized dealers nationwide. Gift Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or any other form. Detailed conditions for Gift Voucher usage are stipulated below.
  + This promotion may be applied in conjunction with loyalty customer sales programs and key account programs.
  
  Terms and conditions of the gift voucher: 
  + The Gift Voucher is valid for the redemption of one (01) out of four (04) gift sets specially designed by MBV, with details specified in the attached document. The Gift Voucher may be redeemed at authorized dealers of Mercedes‑Benz Vietnam nationwide.
  + Each gift set is designed with fixed products and fixed quantities and cannot be exchanged for products of a different type, category, or beyond the approved gift set scope.
  + Customers are entitled to select different variants or designs within the same product, provided that such variants fall under the same product name and product category as stipulated by MBV. Dealer staff shall support and advise customers on the available variants or designs of the product for selection.
  + The Gift Voucher is valid for a period of six (06) months from the date stated on the vehicle purchase invoice.
  + The Gift Voucher is valid for single use only and is applicable to customers purchasing a Mercedes Benz S Class during the Promotion Period. The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or converted into any other form.
  + Once the selected gift set has been chosen, confirmed by the customer, and invoiced, it shall be non returnable, non exchangeable, and non modifiable under any circumstances.
  + The original Gift Voucher with valid information must be presented at the authorized dealer upon redemption.
  + By using this Voucher, the customer is deemed to have accepted and be bound by the above terms and conditions.
