Discontinuation of the Mercedes-Benz Service App.

At Mercedes-Benz, it's not just in our DNA to constantly develop our vehicles in order to offer you maximum driving pleasure. We are also improving our services for you and your Mercedes-Benz.
We have therefore decided to transfer the services from the Mercedes-Benz Service App to the Mercedes-Benz App and to stop operating the Mercedes-Benz Service App on 31.03.2025.

How can you continue to use the services?
In order to continue to use the services known from the Mercedes-Benz Service App, such as booking workshop appointments via the app, please use the Mercedes-Benz App. You can download this free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and then log in with your Mercedes me ID.

Frequently asked questions about the discontinuation of the Mercedes-Benz Service App.

The migration from Mercedes-Benz Service App to Mercedes-Benz App will be done step by step. Prospective, by the end of the year all service features will be available in the Mercedes-Benz App.

Log into Mercedes-Benz App with your Mercedes me ID.

Not all service features are migrated yet. But you can use the Mercedes-Benz Service App until until March 31st 2025. In case you do not use the current version of the app, this also could be a reason for not showing the new features. Please update the app and try again.

The booking feature is not implemented to the Mercedes-Benz App yet. We work on it with great effort.  

The features from Mercedes-Benz Service App will be available via the Service tile in the Mercedes-Benz App.

Use the latest app version and log in with your Mercedes me ID.

The Mercedes-Benz Service App and Mercedes-Benz App use the same Data Protection notices.

No, because both apps have the same Terms and Conditions as well as Data Protection notices.

The app will be deleted from stores and we recommend to delete it from the customer’s device.
