Loyalty program

A special program offering a 2% loyalty benefit for Mercedes-Benz customers who purchased a brand-new Mercedes-Benz vehicle within the past 5 years. The program applies to the full range of CKD and CBU models.

 

Special Offer for GLC (Model Year 2025), valid until 31 December 2026

  • 2% loyalty benefit when purchasing a GLC
  • Applicable to customers who previously purchased a brand-new GLC within the past 8 years (from 2018 onwards)

 

Eligible registration parties:

1. The Same Entity (Loyalty Customer)

  • The same individual or the same company that previously purchased a brand-new Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

 

2. If the Loyalty Customer is an Individual

  • Related Company: A company in which the Loyalty Customer is the owner, a major shareholder (≥ 30%), or the legal representative.
  • First-Degree Relatives: Biological parents, children, siblings, or legal spouse of the Loyalty Customer.
  • Company of a First-Degree Relative: A company in which a first-degree relative is the owner, a major shareholder (≥ 30%), or the legal representative.

 

3. If the Loyalty Customer is a Company

  • Related Individual: An individual who is the owner, a major shareholder (≥ 30%), or the legal representative of the Loyalty Company.
  • Related Company / Affiliate: A company that shares the same owner, major shareholder (≥ 30%), or legal representative as the Loyalty Customer.
  • Representative Office, Branch, Subsidiary, or Associate Company of the Loyalty Customer.

  • Customers purchasing two vehicles or more

  • Journalists / Pilots / Lawyers / Doctors / Pharmacists
  • Individuals with significant influence
