From 12 to 16 December 2011, Mercedes-Benz in conjunction with its authorized dealer - Haxaco is organizing a Service Clinic as an after-sales campaign to give special treatment to its customers. Especially, Mercedes-Benz has spared no cost to fly in Factory Specialist Mr. Dominic Wells to provide The Best Service in the country via this campaign.

Mr. Thilo Grossman, After-Sale Director of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam shares the purpose of the campaign: “All we do in Mercedes-Benz After-Sales Service has one goal: Customer satisfaction and Service Quality. We give special attention and personalized service to our valued customers and we listen to them. In the upcoming 2012, we will continue the Special Service Clinics in all dealers nationwide to further promote our Professional After-Sales Service”.

This time, Mr. Dominic Wells conducts complimentary car checks for customers who has pre-booked the schedule at Haxaco Workshops in Ho Chi Minh city: 2008 Vo Van Kiet, Binh Tan District and during 12-13 December 2011, and at 10 Dien Bien Phu Binh Thanh District during 14-16 December 2011.

With the Service Expert from the factory, customers in Vietnam have the opportunity to discuss technical matters directly with the Specialist and get advice and instructions on the vehicle first hand. By this way, the Service Expert visit program offers more interaction between the whole service team and customers.
In addition to the car care by the Mercedes-Benz global expert and excellent in-house service team, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam offers discount on service extras, auto repairs and preventive maintenance: 20% off for labor cost, genuine spare parts and premium engine lubricate.

Mercedes-Benz Vietnam regularly conducts the CSI Survey via JD Power to work out improvement points in terms of after-sales activities. This Special Service Event is what Mercedes-Benz has learned from this survey that customers want to interact with the service expert. With good feedback of customers from the Service Clinic this time, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has planned to bring in the expert to all dealers in the coming year 2012 so that Mercedes-Benz customers nationwide can enjoy this special service treatment.
