Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has just officially announced the cooperation with Vinpearl Luxury on Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang opening ceremony. In which, Mercedes-Benz will hand over the fleet of 11 premium vehicles to Vinpearl with the total value up to 34 billion dong. The handover ceremony was organized at Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang on 28 May.

Beginning this cooperation, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam will hand over the latest generation S500L, the most luxurious car which are used in Vinpearl Luxury’s pick-up and transportation services for VIP. In this project, Mercedes-Benz will supply Vinpearl with total quantity of 11 luxury vehicles, in which there are 6 S-Class, 1 E-Class and 4 high quality minibus Sprinter. Besides, Mercedes-Benz also supplies additional services and solutions to Vinpearl Luxury such as technical training, driving skills, etc.

“Vinpearl has been investing both capitals and physicals a lot and also highly expected on the range of Vinpearl Luxury. We do hope in the service quality and level of Mercedes, especially in S500L. The companion between Vinpearl Luxury and Mercedes will bring the very good result and reputation for both brands which are famous for high level and luxury, and also a very excellent developing motivation for both parties”, said Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien – CEO of Vinpearl.

S-Class is one of the greatest achievements of Mercedes-Benz; it is the pinnacle of luxury for top leaders and VIPs. It definitely plays an important part in promoting high class service of VinPearl Luxury. Equipped in the S-Class is a variety of cutting-edge technologies: The latest generation preventive passenger-safety system PRE-SAFE; the AIRMATIC air suspension system; the all-new COMAND control system with an integrated high-class entertainment centre (DVD and MP3 player); the THERMOTRONIC 4-zone climate control system: tyre pressure loss warning; eight airbags; and 7G TRONIC 7-speed auto transmission, etc.


With the aim of expanding its size, the company has decided to invest $10 million in its facilities and $10 million in dealer network expansion in 2010 and 2011. Dealer network expansion is the company’s strong focus at the moment, starting with the Da Nang showroom in early 2010. The company is getting closer and closer to customers by increasing its network capacity. By the end of 2011, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam will complete its plan to have totally 10 Autohaus dealerships (sales and after-sales), 4 city showrooms (sales) and 3 workshops (after-sales) with new territories in Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho besides its expending outlets in Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi. The market in 2011 so far is not quite easy, however, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam in the first 4 months of 2011 acchieved total sales volume of 780 vechicles, among which we got 28% year-on-year increase for passenger vehicles.
