After a month of producing a stir in the market since its first introduction in early October, C300 AMG sedan, taking higher stage at today’s Mercedes-Benz stand on the Vietnam Motorshow 2010, now once again break the heart of motor-sport enthusiasts on the occasion of its official market premier.

Refinement with a racing edge, the luxuriously sporty C300 AMG unites the engineering leadership and motor-sport pedigree of Mercedes-Benz and AMG in a top rewarding performance sedan of the line.

For whoever knows the genuine race-car C63 AMG bearing its name on the renowned European DTM race-track, will find a common in the C300 AMG - a true countenance of the motor-sport athlete thanks to hi-performance AMG exterior and interior upgrade kits now ready on the sedan.

Retaining the healthy V6, 3.0L engine which generates 231 horsepower at a lofty 6000 rpm, 300Nm torque transmitted to the wheels through a seven-speed 7G-Tronic with advanced drive technology as being configured at three modes (E) economy, (S) sport, and M (manual).

C300 AMG owns the aerodynamic body-kit from AMG, including front apron, rear apron and new side skirts which assist to reduce cds figure. AMG 17” rim, together with the sport suspension and Direct Steer system are the perfect combination to keep the car stuck to the tarmac and give the exciting drive sensation. Inside the cabin, C300 AMG with the new 3-spoke sport steering wheel and sporty front seats can even convert the driver’s road feel to the race-track sense.

C300 AMG will put the driver capability to adjust the aggressiveness of the steering, transmission, engine, suspensions and exhaust system with the (E)-(S)-(M) drive select button shown on the instrument cluster. For manual drive, driver can use the two F1-inspired gear-shift paddles integrated on the steering wheel to semi-automatically select the gears for the highest driving experience.
