Going through the blossoming year 2013 with the recorded growth rate of 65%, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam started its 2014 with the best January ever during 19 years of operation in Vietnam market. The ‘three-pointed Star’ brand increased its sales to more than 200 cars and occupied 58% market share of premium segment.
In January, the best-selling model of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam is the E-Class with the volumes of 60 cars. C-Class continues to lead its league with 54 cars sold. Especially, the Best car in the world - the S-Class was running out of stock. The first batch of 40 S-Class was sold just a few days after the market launch. The high demand for the flagship is beyond any expectation. Mercedes-Benz Vietnam is running with its highest capacity to fulfill the market demand. In addition, this is also the best month for Mercedes-Benz genuine used car business “Proven Exclusivity”. Number of trade-in & selling of genuine Mercedes-Benz used cars increased by 50% in January 2014.
Besides the young and diversified product range and the soaring demand before Tet holiday, contributing to the success of Mercedes-Benz last January is the promotion campaign ‘Enjoy Tet with Mercedes”.
