The C-Class and the GLK are two successful models of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam. Both are the market-leader in its segment. As a grateful gift for the support of customer for these two cars, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam executed the “Red carpet” Service weeks for C-Class and GLK vehicles from today to 5th July at all authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers nationwide.
During these service weeks, our dealer’s workshop offer special promotions such as Red Carpet VIP treatment, free inspection with comprehensive 50 check points, 20% discount on Mercedes-Benz genuine engine oil and a special premium wine gift. This is the second time the “Red carpet” Services weeks was executed for valued customers of Mercedes-Benz. Last year, this exclusive campaign for S-Class owners did welcome nearly 350 vehicle throughputs.

We believe that the ‘Red carpet” Service will be our unique selling point in terms of After-Sales. The “Red carpet” service is one of After-Sales activities of Mercedes-Benz to achieve the commitment “CSI No.1 & TRUST” in 2014. Other After-Sales campaigns executed for Mercedes-Benz from beginning of the year are Mobile Service, Summer Service promotion and free technical check at Fascination 2014.
