Last week, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam celebrated the ‘Service Excellence Award’ in Da Nang. The award is based on the market research executed independently by renowned research company J.D Power at all Mercedes-Benz authorized dealers in South East Asia countries focusing on three factors: the Customer Satisfaction Index, the Fixed First Visit and the Mystery Shopping. Vietnam achieved the Best Service Excellence Award including the No.1 in J.D. Power's CSI Award amongst 8 markets of Mercedes-Benz in South East Asia. This is an eloquent proof of its 2014 strategic commitment to CSI No.1.
Globally, Mercedes-Benz posted the best-selling month in the company’s history in March and has handed over 158,523 vehicles to customers. With sales of 374,276 cars since the beginning of the year, the company has also posted the strongest first quarter to date with the sales growth of 15,2%.
The first quarter of 2014 also highlight the excellence of the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team with the three continuous wins of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg including the two ‘twincredible’ wins at Malaysia and Bahrain Grand Prix. On this occasion, the brand will present a fully-paid trip to Abu Dhabi supporting the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team in the final race of the season for customers buying A 250 AMG Sport, C 300 AMG, E 400 AMG, SLK 350 AMG in April. Being the first and the only double-point race in 2014, it will be absolutely dramatic for audience to enjoy.
