The flood in Ha Noi has caused severe damage to car users; among them there are many Mercedes-Benz customers.
The current worry of the affected customers is how to thoroughly determine the damage and necessary repair methods. Understanding this concern, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam along with its two authorized dealers in Ha Noi, An Du and Vietnam Star, have been assisting the customers with a special supporting program.
This program supports customers with free vehicle towing to Mercedes-Benz service centers. The customers will receive 10% discount on labor costs. Mercedes-Benz Vietnam will give a top priority to supply parts for flooded cars via an emergency parts supply channel directly from Germany.
Besides of these measures, the two dealers are also extending the daily working hours including Saturdays and Sundays to ensure that customers can receive back their Mercedes-Benz earliest and in the best working condition again.
Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has sent technical experts to assist their dealers with instant and accurate diagnosis and technical solutions.
Furthermore, the authorized dealers supply the Mercedes-Benz genuine parts with two years warranty for technical defects without mileage limitation for passenger cars, and two years warranty for technical defects or 50,000 km whichever comes first for commercial vehicles. This is the best automotive parts warranty policy in Vietnam at present.
The customer supporting program is applied to all Mercedes-Benz vehicles, regardless of local manufactured or imported products and valid up to 31 December 2008.
