The optional 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system provides valuable support when you need help handling the road surface. The permanent all-wheel system distributes the drive torque to front and rear axles at a ratio of 50:50. In conjunction with the Electronic Traction System (ETS) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP), 4MATIC improves tyre grip and traction – particularly on unstable roads, wet surfaces, snow and ice.
